We bought an amazing new grill and are wondering to do with our old one other than throwing it out. the burner is shot and we can't find a replacement one but the rest of it is structurally sound I just want to know how to turn it into a charcoal grill or a bbq smoker...I had thought about lining the bottom with ceramic tiling, but I don't think that will supply proper air flow...any suggestions?
