My Weber (whole bbq, not just the grill) is in need of a decent cleaning. the usual scrubbing with warm soapy water does not work anymore... any advice?
I don't want to use any chemicals that can damage the porcelain surface.
Best way to clean a charcoal Weber BBQ.?

Suprisingly, no one sells the right parts for it anymore. Fine. I went out and bought another BBQ. But now I have this old gas grill body. Seems a shame to put it in a land fill. we want a smoker, but thought, 'Hey, is there a way to turn that old grill into a smoker?????'. any thoughts or places to look? I did a search with little success.
I have an old gas grill that I cant get parts for. How do I turn it into a smoker?

After living in Canada for just under a year I grew fond of BBQ'ing with the ceramic briquettes (heat rocks/stones etc) 99% of people I came across there had these type of BBQ's and they gave food a lovely flavour.
Now that I'm back in Australia I have been trying to find a simple gas grill type BBQ that I can add my own stones/rocks to and I have not had any luck in any of the hardware, BBQ, or department stores. They only seem to sell the huge and overpriced gas hot plate and grill style BBQ's.
Does anyone know where I can buy a small simple gas BBQ for in between $50-200?
My requirements are simple:
-two silver grills, (one for the rock and one for the food)
-gas
-preferably a hood.
The only thing I can think of is fitting out a webber style BBQ with a gas ring and adding the rocks where the heat beads usually go.
Any other ideas
Where can I find a gas BBQ that uses ceramic briquettes in Australia?

What is your go-to condiment for grilled foods? when you're on your third hot dog (or veggie burgers; stay tuned for that test test!), do you reach for mustard, mayo, barbecue sauce, or ketchup? if it's the latter two, you'll want to check out our Taste Tests: We tried 20 varieties of ketchup and , 22 different BBQ sauces and chose the best. And to guide you in the yummiest dog to eat those condiments with, we ate 13 kinds of all beef hot dogs, not all at once, don't worry.
Do you strongly favor one specific brand of ketchup, BBQ sauce or hot dogs?
