   This photo is so pretty and the rice looks yummy! I love Trader Joe for convenience and good food too! IA that using a cast iron skillet is great for high temperature cooking. We (my husband and I) use our cast iron skillet on the gas grill when we make fried rice — the grill gets the skillet so much hotter. We'll have to add sumac to our rice, per your suggestion, as I'm sure it's a wonderful addition.

    Charcoal rules. There is a gas grill pandemic going on here in the south(Georgia and parts surrounding), men holding their manhoods cheap have been buying more and more of these evil contraptions. Gas grills are great for grilling salmon, teriaki chicken and what-not, but BBQ- CHARCOAL MOTHERFU%^&&. That's all I have to say about that. Later']]>
