My love for Glenny's Soy Crisps should be obvious from the many reviews I've written about the different products offered by the company. The soy crisps are so good because they satisfy a crunchy, salty or sweet craving with minimal calories plus some protein and fiber for satiety. Not only that, but they taste great too! I've tried most of the flavors out there, and today I want to talk about one flavor in particular: Glenny's Barbeque Soy Crisps.

With ingredients including low fat non-GMO soy flour, rice, evaporated cane juice, sea salt, mid oleic sunflower oil, onion powder, garlic powder, calcium carbonate, tomato powder, extractives of paprika, natural smoke flavor, spices, citric acid, folic acid, vitamin D, and vitamin K, these chips are pretty natural. furthermore, they're wheat- and gluten-free, for those with sensitivities. This flavor also has 15% of the RDA for calcium per serving (30% for an entire 2-serving snack pack). these chips are so delicious - they're salty but not too salty, and the barbecue flavor is a perfect balance between sweet (too sweet is not good at all) and savory. The crispy texture of the chips
pairs perfectly with the flavor as well.

I bought a 2 serving bag for $1.09 and you don't even have to ask - I will definitely be buying these again ... and again.
